Are you ready to lead and inspire change in a dynamic environment? As the Finance
Director, Gross-to-Net (GTN), you'll be responsible for the GTN Finance Center of Excellence, ensuring consistency and compliance across the Rare Disease Business Unit. You'll play a pivotal role in leading deductions from gross sales through net sales, a significant expense on the US P&L. Collaborate with US Finance, Controllers, Government Affairs, and US Market Access to drive critical initiatives impacting the U.S. Marketing Company. This position offers an outstanding opportunity to gain exposure to a range of business customers and critical initiatives.
Accountabilities:
Ensure GTN liabilities are accurate and appropriate by liaising with partners across Therapeutic Areas to ensure consistency and understanding of methodologies.
Liaise with US Market Access to understand any issues with payers and changes to contracting to ensure the impact to the Market Access liability is considered across US Finance.
Ensure the accuracy of monthly closings and forecast mentorship for Gross to Net Accruals, including Regulatory, Voluntary, Health Care Reform (HCR) Excise Fee, Coverage Gap/ Part D Manufacturer Liability, Distribution Service Agreements, and Returns.
Lead monthly reviews of the GTN close with the US CFO and the Sr. Finance Leadership Team.
Perform quarterly Market Access reviews to ensure the market access accruals are accurate.
Provide GTN training as required to US and Global colleagues.
Lead and inspire change to simplify data and models.
Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements in this high-risk area.
Liaise with US SOX team and external auditors to ensure compliance with all SOX guidelines and requirements, as well as lead any GTN discussions regarding the audit.
Work closely with Global Financial Services team specific to functions supported by this role.
Provide mentorship to New Launch Strategies and Business Development for GTN with divested brands.
Perform ad-hoc reporting requirements and work on special projects as vital.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting/or relevant field and 7+ years of financial experience
Knowledge of US operating model
Excellent PC skills and experience including SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong analytical ability
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including oral and written
Confidence in working with Senior Management
High degree of accuracy with attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to perform in an environment that emphasizes teamwork to meet deliverables
Demonstrated capacity to effectively lead multiple and frequently changing priorities
Demonstrated capability to meet strict deadlines with a high level of ownership and strong sense of urgency
Desirable Skills/Experience:
Pharmaceutical proven experience
Experience working across geographies, remote teams, 3rd party vendors

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $144,561 to $216841. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
